I use the Tech21 XXL pedal. Easily one of the most underrated pedals of all time. Has a cool "Warp" control that adjusts the balance of even and odd order harmonics. It's great for subtle boost, but can get some vicious gain with the Drive knob dimed!! Max the Warp knob and you are in fuzz...

+1 On the Deluxe mod. I own every stock clean module made except for the JTM. For blues the Deluxe will get you those extra mids you are looking for. Put an OD in front and you are good to go. I have a Gigmods Twin that has a switch on it that takes it from Blackface to Deluxe tones. Best clean...

How did you hook power up? Did you tap the fan wires or did you have to plug into the wall?

Hmmmm....Could you have an XLR input on the module itself, so you could have your acoustic already hooked up? You could run dual inputs and use either an acoustic or just your electric through the pre.
