Here's a phone recorded clip of the SG MK22 in action at a backyard party.
Guitar is straight in to the amp. No pedals. Pure Magic. :)

Who cares how it's recorded...that's got a feel to it...turn that in to something. Everybody is worried about tone and making everything perfect....whatever perfect is....just make some good music. U have a good start there.
My power fuse blows when I switch the amp from standby to play. I checked all 7 internal fuses and the 4 tube fuses and they are all good. I even replaced all the tubes and tried different modules. Any ideas before I send this amp out? Thanks
KT88's eh? interesting. I believe that I have those in my bass tube head.
I realize it's person preference. I was just hoping to order 4 of something and be done with it and get back to playing. :) I know I don't want 4 6L6's and I'm not sure if I want 4 el34's.
It's time to retube my rm100. I've been running two 6l6's and two el34's for the a few years now. I don't have any complaints with that setup but I am also thinking I would like to try something different. So, should I try a quartet of Kt77's? a quartet of 6CA7's? I don't play anything...
