Really, to be honest, I don't think the Ultra lead or XTC is even close to a Soldano tone. From the clips I've heard, the grail probably comes close.

Sounds awesome. Rhythm tone did sound like a blanket was covering the cabs though but the mic placement could be a factor of that. Sounds like a wicked module for high gain leads. Seems to be really cutting well. Could you share the settings with us? I'm not sure what i'm hearing is right but...

Yeah I'll check out avatar. They definately seem like a good choice and a lot of their stuff isn't so expensive. Do you have any other experiences with other cabs?

Man, that Ultra module sounds a lot more killer then I thought it would. On music123 the clip sounded really loose in the low end and and to mushy. But the Ultra clip you got is so different! Did you put a different cap in it?

Heh, I heard some Vai on the Top Boost module. Sounds wicked.

Thanks! That definately hepled. Is there an actual difference in the rectifier module compared with the recto module? I know the rectifier is new for 2006. Looks like the two runner up rhythm modules are the rectifier and the 1086. Can anyone give me some extra info on these modules and other...
