That's an option I've considered too. I use a Boss GT8 with the amp. It has a programable 1/4" switching jack on it and I thought it would be nice to use that to switch the loop on and off and use the effects level as kind of a second master volume for solos.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to install a 1/4" jack that could switch the parallel effects loop on and off on a RM100C combo?

I play through the Blackface module quite a bit and think the EL34s sounded a bit smoother than the KT77s.
