Have you tried swapping out power tubes? I had luck with changing the feel on my RM100 by changing out the 6L6's and using two EL34's mixed with 2 KT88's......WOW! New feel for sure, with a snarly bite and punchy bottom end! Not that the 6L6's did not sound good, but it was cool to be able to...

What about the stock Clean by Randall? I think it can tend to be a little dark on it's own, but that can be a positive for taking the shrill off of some of the high gain pedals out there! Mine loves any dirt pedal I throw at it...low gain Luther Drive sounds killer and it also takes my Boss...

Any recommendations on a current module, modded or stock, that can do brutal, dropped tuned death metal or deathcore??? I'd love if there was one that could cover all the bases, such as early '80s Obituary, Broken Hope, Cannibal Corpse and then be able to also get some modern deathcore tones...

It's a 3 way switch, probably stock on center, and 2 different levels of low end boost? At least that what it sounds like. Any idea who could have done it?
