I installed JJ E34L's and E-H EL34EH pairs in my RM100
So I had a pair of matched JJ E34L's and another pair of Electro Harmonix EL34EHs. Placed the E34L's in the inner sockets, and the EL34EHs in the outer sockets. Biased the E34L's at 43mV, and the EL34EH's at 36mV. HUGE IMPROVEMENT! The E34L's seem to give that extra umph, but still retains...- skunky_funk

Does the TOPBOOST module sound good with EL84 yellowjackets?
I don't know but aren't topboost modules supposed to emulate AC30s? But how can you get that effect with EL34/6L6 power tubes? While Blue Bulldogs seem nice, I think you should get two 4x12's because each is 15W rated. But then, do yellowjackets also decrease the power output?- skunky_funk

Best EL34's for my RM100 w/ matching 4x12 (celestion 70-80s)
Hi there. I have a few problems with my RM100. 1. One of the stock tubes (ie. EL34EH) is turning faint orange. I replaced it with some German EL34 and it did the job but I am still not satisfied. 2.
