On my amp on the back it says to either use a 5a fast blo or a 2.5a slo blo ... although, I've noticed in pictures that sometimes the written recommended values for the fuses have changed over the years

My guess is that it was the mains and the two under the midi board since that's what happened to me. I replaced the mains and the fan powered up and the tubes glowed, but there was still no sound, but everything was dandy after I replaced the two under the midi board. I keep getting different...

No, it's on 120v like it should be. And yes, the amp is used. I'm the third owner I think. I have a backup rig so I'm not really worried. I just started training at a tech shop, so I'll probably just have my boss look at it when I get some money. It's weird that it would be a transformer...
