    Camerock vs Camerica

Good to know, thanks for the info. So in essence, the Camerock can do everything the Camerica can, and then some. Seems I can drop that hunt for a Camerica then :D

Wish I could say I find it useful, but I don't, the only time I touch that knob is to turn it all the way down - in case it accidentally wasn't on set to zero. So in that regard...

    Mash-all+ erased from history?

Cool idea, but personally I wouldn't consider it much of an improvement. I never use the diode clipping options already available in the camerock either. I find the camerock shines the most with a pure tube signal without any diodes.. Would be cool to see the new faceplate though.. :)

    Mash-all+ erased from history?

Increased saturation as in having a boost in front of the preamp? Seems like a separate boost pedal is still the far more versatile alternative and something many guys using jcm800s and plexis would be using anyways..

    SYN2 sag control, Syn2 vs M4

With increased sag = increased compression, as if lack of enough power reduces the output signal amplitude of stronger input signals? Beside the cathode thing, are there any other structural differences in the hardware making a Syn2, with say a fantastic JFM800 module sound better than an M4...
