Hi, I'm been wondering why such a talented amp designer as Bruce and the Randall team couldn't produce modules really faithful to the preamps they were intended to model? I'm not saying the egnater modules are bad, but e.g. compared to the salvation or the JF mods there is a huge difference...

Yep, I did have three of them at one point, just exactly my cup of tea or tone. Nowadays I have your dual camerock in my M4 rack but I'd like to have one to use in some Randall amps as well. I can't get enough of that module. IMO that, and a great fenderish clean and one is all set...

might be a power section thing. Have you tried using the mts preamps into the mkV - by running a guitar cord from the loop send in your rm50 to the fx return of the mesa? I remember the mesa 2:90 power amp coloured the tone quite significantly in a "mesa way" when I compared it to a VHT 2150.
