Are there any videos from NAMM

Hmm, will definitely need in depth demo's mic'ed up. The dumble sounded like it had way too much gain and similar to other types of modules gain (not a super mid pushed sound....but hard to tell the way it was recorded, and he wasn't really playing anything on the guitar). If the dumble...

Are there any videos from NAMM

Cool. Thanks, didn't look like they touched any of the new modules yet, want to hear the Friedman BB and the Dumble style one.

Are there any videos from NAMM

It seems no one posted/visited the Synergy Booth, have been curious to get clips/reactions to the new modules....always makes me wonder.

    Soldano Flavours?

Will do. They are definitely very similar voicing, since the eq is shared it's just like rolling the gain back. I will play a little more tonight. The other thing i was surprised about is how tiny the knobs are vs the single channel modules.

    WTB: A couple of modules

Yeah, I think i will still miss my Egnater M4 when i sell it, having 4 modules might be more beneficial tahn 2 with dual channels, except for the modules that are quite different in each channel.

    WTB: A couple of modules

I would wait to hear the new Friedman/Buxom Betty mixed module coming out...though i have the feeling the BE channel will be a little lower gain than say the BE100 (at least from the clips of the other BE module). That is if you are going to Synergy/Dual Module setup.

    Soldano Flavours?

I just got mine, I only tried for about 15 minutes at low-moderate volumes but i can make the Salvado Deluxe and the SLO sound very much the same. So whatever Salvation did, it's pretty spot on. The salvation has more switches and such but the tone i invariably dial in sounds pretty much the...

    new modules

No a dumble always has the clean channel on I believe. When you go to Channel 2 it cascades through the overdrive channel.

    new modules

I hope they add the sat or give it a bit more gain than the current BE, but we'll see.

    Clean sound from Metropoulos module?

This is where my old Egnater M4 will be missed if sell for a Syn-2. Though, i don't see myself touring anytime soon so probably not a huge deal.

    Clean sound from Metropoulos module?

    Understand completely

    Clean sound from Metropoulos module?

2 Modules...where's the fun in that? How did you order a demo unit? Or do you mean bought their demo unit?

    Additional Videos

Well flexibility of course is hard to beat (and probably price as well)...but its still quite expensive and at least with my MTS i always felt there is something missing a little bit from a head. So with a Syn-2 and 4 modules (and you can only run 2 at once) you are at $2400 with no poweramp...

    Additional Videos

These definitely sound direct and don't sound great. What do you like the tone of in videos? I thought the Shawn Tubbs videos were good...the only ones that really make me want to jump on board. I'm still trying to decide if i'm getting in though...when i calculate what it would cost i...

Fryette powerstation or new head to go with Syn 2

How would this differ from the syn 50/50. Also made my Fryetter I would think the amp is very similar to the powerstation x 2

Fryette powerstation or new head to go with Syn 2

I mentioned some of those above. Yeah loadbox is for recording direct or making kemper direct profiles (without all the noise). I do not gig, its all for playing/recording. For the times i play in stereo i have a Peavey 50/50 tube power amp, or if i get a head i would use another head that i...

Fryette powerstation or new head to go with Syn 2

I have a Peavey classic 50/50 stereo power amp but I’ve been eyeing a Fryetter power station 2 for all of its features. Direct out (with power amp in the chain notnjust preamp out). Using as a pose amp for my Kemper. Making direct profiles with my Kemper. Possibly gain staging/attenuating my old...
