Wow, so you are referring to something that you didn't mention once in your post other than an overly vague title? Was your communication with Egnater this vague? Do you actually know for sure that you can convert the module? Regardless of that, I can fully understand a manufacturers...

Why not take it to a guitar tech near you? You have the schematics. There is only so much that can be done over the phone.

Has anyone heard anything about it? Is it still going head? I must be over six months since Frank introduced it at NAMM.

Apparently Bruce built a poweramp years back but it never left the prototype stage... Does anyone know anything about it? Did it evolve into the randall RT2/50? I've always wondered why Bruce doesn't make a power amp using the MOD series power section as its influence.

thanks man! It arrived yesterday and sounds great! I'm stuck playing it through a cab simulator in Guitar rig 2, but even with that it sounds fantastic! I just can't get enough of the Dlx module. a VHT 2502 is definately on the cards, EL34s in one side and 6L6 in the other... Tonal bliss! :D

I wonder what those IC's and transistors are doing? The transistors are possibly 12 or 6 volt regulators for the filament voltages, but then there is the big heatsink at the back. I have no idea about the IC's, you'd think 4 gain-stages provided by the 12ax7's would be plenty... Makes me think...

Sure, you could do that. The EQ curves, however are taylored for guitar. To have a useful EQ you'd need to shift some of the frequencies.
