well I plan on using the gain channels alot.Way more than the clean channels so w/all this talk about problems w/the 2 gain channels and stuff whats the true opinion of these amps??

well between a Zoom G2G and replacing the tube w/a 12AX7 I should be able to get some rocking metal tones right??I also have a rack system so that will improve the tone to.

I have wanted one for a while but keep missing them on ebay!! It was a major part of George Lynch's sound when he was w/dokken in the early days of dokken.Dimebag's favorite amp was this one also.Most of the models I have seen are from the early to mid 80's.

I have been thinking og getting the rh150g3plus,everyone on here keeps saying that the gain channel sux and the clean w/a pedal in front is great.Whats up w/these amps?? Are they good for metal or should I look on to marshall or something else??I'm on a budget,I can only spend about $600-$650.
