What is a good program to write drums and bass, and record guitar on? I have Magix Music Studio 11 Deluxe, but was wondering what else was out there. And within the programs, would it be easier to use the effects loop send, XLR(already don't like), or just mic up the ol girl and let it rip!

I have a V2, and that's not good for home, so I am looking for a practice amp, and found a V2 combo, but it doesn't have tubes or anything. Has anyone playing this amp before? And if so, is it close to the real deal?

What cab would you guys recommend for a V2? I am currently just using a B-52 400W cab, but I am looking for better quality. I am thinking about probably getting a Vader cab, or a Randall cab. But what do you guys think?
