Hey all-Ari here! I have an rm50 with blackface (clean modded), DF Sl plus, and xtc. I can't seem to get the rm50 head to sound natural with my gsp 1101-tried just in the loop, and 4 cable method (which came the closest, but no cigar). Any advice here about how to mate the head and gsp? Levels...

Also, for those of you that are local, I'm into trading the rm4 and ultra towards a mesa 2:90 or 2:50 poweramp...

Thank you all for your replies! Maximus, that was my suspicion in the question, but as I said, I need the master high for the clean headroom, and the lead channels just get really mushy and uncontrollable when I crank the them. This is WITH an effects unit with a noise gate in the loop, as well...

Thank you! I also have a wylde od I use to boost the randall stuff (and everything else, along with an sd-1). Does cranking the module volume also make a difference?I If I need another switch for lead boosts I'll buy one, but whenever I boost the volume on the module the amp starts feeding back! Ari
