Weird. I've never heard of a safe mismatch set-up. :?: Always thought this was potentially bad for the amp & cab.

What speaker cab I'm running? Owners manual says external speaker output can go to 4, 8 or 16 ohms. How is this done without an ohm switch?

Yeah, I really wanted a smaller version of my bigger rig, for home practice etc. Vry happy with how this has played out. So much so that now I'm thinking about ditching my current full rig head (JSX) and going full Randall (RM100). I'll live with the RM22 for a few months before deciding, though.

So, with the cab's arrival earlier this week, my "mini-me" rig is now complete... Randall RM22 Carvin V212 cab - emerald green covering, loaded with Celestion Vintage 30s Not pictured - Boss GT-10, Boss GE-7, and Boss NS-2 through the effects loop, plus additional Randall MTS Modules Sounds...

Update: although they never responded to the dealer's email, a couple of spare module thumbscrews randomly showed up in the mail today from Randall (US Music Corp). Props to them for the customer service follow-through! 8)

:lol: I'm not ready to do the mod'ing thing yet, but eventually I'll likely get there. Still have too many stock modules left to explore yet. 8)

Sorry for the newbie-ish question, but what do folks use to store their extra modules when not in use? Hoping to find something travel-worthy, besides the original shipping boxes.

Hello everyone, new Randall MTS owner here. If anyone here is also on the JCF etc, you'll recognize me from there. I recently bought an RM22 (pic below). For modules, so far I've picked up the Blackface, Mr Scary, and SL+ modules, and I'm digging them all. Thinking of getting another one...
