    6505 module inbound

The Powerball didn't work out for me I have heard some people like the Savage. The Engl is still something I want in my life.

Cool man the 6505 is a good sounding module. It just wasn't for me I guess. Like I had said as well the 5150 variants are the metal standard on so many records. For whatever reason I just don't enjoy playing them.

I got the SLO. Just awesome and 10 minutes in I knew it was a keeper. I tried to like the 6505 but just as in the real amps I prefer Soldano over Peavey just my personal preference. For me I am set with the Bogner and SLO now lol. At least for a while👍

I sent it back the 6505. I got it sounding pretty good but in the end the Uberschall is my baby. By the way it came from the dealer on setting 2 which I figured out to put at 3. This made a difference. I really don't want to play anything else but the Uber though. Glad I got to try it. Thanks...

Its probably a killer module the SLO. What do you like better in it over the 6505?

This is why I have stayed away from the Fryette modules. I traded for a D120 and I hated how dry that amp felt under my finger tips. It also sounded too thin and twangy. I have never liked any VHT/Fryette guitar amp I have tried. However they sound great when other people play them. I am not...

Well I mean good luck. Just my opinions. Now that I have spent most of a day more observations. For my purposes it seems to like my active Fishmans over my passive Lundgrens. I also am using my Syn-1 into my KSR Ares return loop now. Much thicker and warmer than the Randall. Kinda wish I had...

I have received. Impressions after 20 minutes: I do like it. It solves the buzzy/fuzzy thing I had always struggled with the 5150, 5150 II and 6505 I had owned. Now perhaps some of that is in the power amp as so far I running through the loop of my Randall Thrasher 120 and into my DAW with IRs...

I just ordered one as well. I will compare with the amazing Uberschall module I have.

What was the outcome? Maybe the 6505 is so good he can't stop playing it? 😂

Tube power amp for synergy syn-1

I use my Syn-1 into my Fryette Power Station into an Orange PPC 4x12 at rehearal it absolutely owns. I also use it at home into my Two Notes Cab pedal with power amp sims and it sounds amazing. My Uber module is the beez kneez \m/

Me too I want to know your impressions. I was literally going to start a thread asking which one for me. I have never bonded with any 5150 or variant except the EVH 5153. I used to own an Avenger that I foolishly traded. I feel Peaveys are too buzzy. I love my Uber module to pieces. Let us know! \m/
