Ther are any number of IR loaders and tube power amp sims that work wonderfully with MTS/Synergy, assuming one knows how to pick a IR, i.e. how to mic a cab etc? The Torpedo CAB works beautifully for this, been doing it for years, and there are now other options from Mooer, Nux, AMT, and Atomic...

Gotcha, thanks! Cathode biasing preamp gain stages can also effect feel/sag, often in conjunction with B+ changes. Great addition to MTS!

My bass player described my OR-120 clone MTS preamp as "chewy"! They're mid-heavy, though the tonestack is active so if you want more of a scooped tone you crank up the bass and treble, then use the FAC to control the low end. Great with Fanes and/or Greenbacks, one of my favorites as well.

Nice, looking forward to a SYN-1 myself. I thought the analog speaker sim sounded pretty good for what it is too (the only other analog speaker sim I've ever liked was the Marshall JMP-1's, preferring convolution cab sims instead). Thanks for the updates!
