Bias Range for RM20 (EL84 tubes)

Just as the header states....anyone have an idea what the bias range for EL84 tubes on my Randall RM20 combo. Looked online - no manual and the RM100 manual doesnt have bias ranges for EL84 (for the obvious reasons)

The manual I have states 15-20mV.
