Bias resistor issue

Has anyone had to replace any of the variable bias adjust resistors?

I'm considering purchasing a another used RM 100, but it currently can only run 50W as one of the tubes won't bias.

Any Ideas on cost to get it fixed?

Is it under warranty? If so there should be no charge.

I'm not sure since its used and I don't own it yet so I don't know the age. Is the warranty transferable? Its 3 years...correct?

Shipping it back is still a lot of work for a tiny issue/part.
