Very simple, alder rear routed fat strat. Looks awesome. BUT it is spanky and bright.

sperzel locking tuners, LSR roller nut, standard trem,air zone in the bridge, pro track neck. Those are well balanced PU's. Don't think it gets much darker than airzone or custom custom.

What is the next step? 250K pots? or sell the body and neck on ebay and make 300$. This is my last chance at romance with this bad boy! Had enough of the spank.
 
IMO: If it has a nice neck that is comfortable to play on and good quality wood, you might want to think about just switching the body out with a mahogany one and replacing the stock tremolo block with a larger brass block. It's a great little device for taming the high end on any guitar and it's totally passive. Give it a look. I have one and it works great. :wink:
