Can the TS100 handle KT77's? They should be biased the same as EL34's so I would imagine you could use them...

My other guitarist (if he ever gets time now that he's a dad) will be switching to MTS once he gets the cash and may want to start out with a cheaper power amp. Being a shredder, the Carvin seems appropriate, and based on his selected modules that he wants (Super V, Gigmods Mark, modded SL+ or Plexi, and maybe a Recto module) I believe KT77's would fit the sounds of the modules the best.
Mind you he may later switch to the RT2/50 with 6L6's in one side and KT77's in the other... But that's down the road closer to where we'll be able to build our own 2x12's for our rigs :)

You should be able to. I subbed KT77's in for EL34's on my Mark IV when I had it and it worked great.

Oh yeah man. Those KTs with fit right in. I just sold my Carvin. Was posted on here. Loved it. Would love to have that power amp. Im havin a great time with the MTS series. Wish more would catch on.
Oh, may be posting a SX200 Carvin Head! Watch out peeps!

DOnt see a problem with it either...Carvin makes great stuff, love their guitars, pups, and amps
