Ive got a nice 2002 Les Paul Custom and im going to be needing its weight so i can figure out how much this beast weights. I looked at the weight of the new Epi LP customs and they said 7 lbs, which seems ludicrous since i cant play it for more than 20 minutes before my back fails me. I believe it was before epiphone started using chambered bodies as it is the heaviest guitar I have ever picked up.. Anyone have any idea on the weight?

Im getting rid of it to one of my best friends from high school and he has now been running a part time guitar building and mod'ing shop.. Im trading it for a custom built Strat copy dark red with a black pick-guard and black Fender Texas Specials.. gonna have a maple neck on it and should be sweet!@
