Gmajor users - serial or parallel loop?

I havent received my g major yet but in reading their manual, they recommend using it in a serial loop.

Which loop do you g major owners use it in, and what effect(s) are you using mostly?

I run mine into the Serial, the signal comes through a lot better,

how about you user's that are running a RM 4? how are you using the gmajor in terms of connection? in the loops or between pre- and power amp ..and what setting's on the g-major

i will be recieving a g-major in the next day or two and looking for some hook up advice

I also run mine serial.......which is what TC Electronics recommends......might try it in the parallel though.......just for the heck of it.....

If you don't need the EQ run it kill dry on and in the parallel loop.

Well..........I just spent a couple of hours using it in the parallel loop......it sounds good and you can use more of the power section of the amp it seems......it's louder. The thing is though if you go parallel you can only use the time based effects......I've got my own gate so it's not an issue to me. Running the G-major parallel and my MXR 10 band and my Decimator serial and it sounds good...
