How dirty can the Deluxe moduel and Eggy T/D module get?

I plan to eventually get the dual mod on my RM100 and am wanting to buy the Egnater Twin/Deluxe module..

What I'm wanting to know is: Can I use the deluxe channel as an overdriven distorted/crunch sound? Does it break up pretty good?

I just bought a modded Deluxe used (off eEbay).

I don't know if the mod was to increase the gain, but...

It does break up a little, but no more than say...a hard driving CCR sound.

"Travelin' Band" would be about right.

It will get really crunchy with actives. Clean with singles. Moderate breakup with passives. I use mine with singles.
