Installing 6L6 power tubes in a Randall RG50TC

I was wondering, is it possible to install 6L6 (Tung-Sol 6L6GC-STR) power tubes into a Randall RG50TC Tube amp? Mine comes with (2) Electro-Harmonix EL-34 power tubes, and I've read that some come with 5881 power tubes.

Excuse my ignorance but I am still a bit new to tube amplifiers.

It is supposed to be possible as they fit, and some say that the sound will be more "Fenderistic" on similar amps. But the question is how to adjust the bias. It would be interesting to hear if anyone has tried.
