Line 6 HD100 MKII

Just had my line 6 hd100 delivered yesterday and this morning i plugged the fbv shortboard MKII into my pc and uploaded all of my precious Presets which i had saved offa my old 75 watt Line 6 spider 4 (a killer amp for 300$),
I am amazed at how great this amp sounds when u crank it up a little and let the tubes do their work they really beef up and warm up the sound . I can get this beast close to sounding like a dual rectifiers red channel and its clean and semi distorted tones are even better amazing **** guys everyone ought to play with one of these for a few hours in their life!

I had the MkI head and it was very cool. A lot of tone options for recording which is right up my alley! Lots of user banks, 4 channels. Great head (heh) IMO except the cleans. I just couldn't get exactly what I was hearing in my head. They seemed a bit thin. I played a whole bunch of shows with it and really dug the diversity it offered. I ended up trading it for a 3000W PA after 2 years and dove into MTS. I still use PodFarm for recording scratch tracks and such, Line 6 has always been good for something if not great at any one thing.

Yea i have 10 banks of presets that i created on a line 6 spider iv 75 watt combo unit saved on my my pc and i just hooked up the fbv shortboard to my pc and uploaded all my presets back into the hd100 and i was off and running again... I love line 6 ... actually i love them about equally with mts...
