Well I finally got around to modding everything.
C3 - .0047uf to .0022uf orange drop.
C14 - 47pf to 470pf silver mica
R31. - 100k to 47k resistor
All other capacitors polyester capacitors were changed to orange drops as well.
The change in tone is significant. The mid range jumped about 100x higher which to my ears is just too much. I bought a 220pf silver mica and that should cut the mids in half which is probably what I'd like. I might make the R31 back to 100k as well.
Here's some pictures and a clip.
Clip. The first three riffs are stock the last three are modded.

I think right now is sounds pretty good for leads. The module over all has a very thick mid rangy Marshall grit to it. Much different than stock.
Settings:
Gain: Noon
Bass: 3 o clock
Mids: Noon
Treble: 3 o clock
Master on module: Full
Settings were the same before and after the mod. I made sure.
I need some suggestions on what I should probably change to get a more pleasing tone for metal.
