So I decided to go with Mogami 2524 and Neutrik - Which Neutrik connectors should I go with to patch in my rack? Are these any good?

Instrument Cable quality is about the cable. You are going all out with mogami (although a bit expensive. I've found Canare to be just as good)and to be honest those neutrik are ok. It depends on the kind of strain you are putting on them at the connections. These are what I like to use

I want to be positive there is ample strain relief and these are amazing. But +1 on the cable.
