Newbie question..Can one hook up a RM4 to a RM100 Head?

..In which a total of 7 modules can be used? Or will hooking up the RM4 preamp disengage the 3 modules in the head??

You have to insert the pre-amp out into the Series FX Return, which will disconnect the pre-amp in the head...so you need a way to switch the Series FX Send (RM100 pre-amp section)...I posted some information here:

If you are not in a hurry you could wait for the egnater e2. It will have a built-in switching system and can take dual modules.
