Got this one on loan from Pete since we swapped the Grail for a bit so he could do some side by side testing..but I'll probably be buying it

I knew I wanted it when I heard the Orange mode clips..that aside, it really delivers in person...the 3 bass settings are just the icing on the cake...oh and the Orange LED

I'd love to provide clips but I can't record (or play) for toffee.... but believe me you want the orange mode mod if you get nothing else 8)

In Orange mode It's throaty and a little more open than a Recto at lower volumes...which can get nasally and congested in the mids IMO

Off to find some Mesa pointer knobs now....

I've got to find a good source for those knobs... they look great! I can find 'non pointer' knobs, but I like being able to tell what my setting is at a glance.
