is this a modified Recto ?

what was you signal channel??

guitar etc...( tuning ) it sounds dropped to me

speaker cab or is this more of this IR or IF emulation's ??

thx

stock Recto module, no tweaking
RM20 Line Out => Line6 GuitarPort => SIR Mesa cabs

first half - Dean EVO Special 7 guitar
gain - 4
bass - 5
middle - 8
treble - 8
volume - 4
presence - 5
density - 1

second half - Yamaha RGX TT
gain - 5 (solo 10)
bass - 5 (10)
middle - 8 (5)
treble - 8 (5)
volume - 4 (5)
presence - 5 (1)
density - 1 (1)

For my surprise I like Recto module bit more than Grail.
OK it is muddy, but my C3 switch can solve this and is more musical and maybe closer to real recto sound to my ears than too much compressed and clenched Grail (but yes, is tighter of course :)

cool thanks for the info !!!! 8)

but this SIR stuff may be a bit misleading in term's of the "real" life "live" tone of each module...

however you guys are getting great recorded tones out of it

Don?t worry ;)
We especially spent a really lot of time with testing if SIR method is good enough. And believe me, in most of situation of homerecording is WAY BETTER than miking...... and we are very happy that we can work like this more than year....because speaker simulation is BIGGEST problem of every multieffect or simulator (HW and SW)....we tried almost everything on market.... For us now MTS +SIR is best way to have best records for less money (ok if you are rich, you can go to good studio...)

PS: SIR is not simulation, this is impulse of REAL cab, microphone etc....
