Randall mts amp and module production totals?

Does anyone have any rough number or general idea how many Randall mts amps and modules were produced? I have wondered and really can't find anything about it. Was it 2006 when Randall started production and 2010 when it unofficially stopped?

I'm surprised when I see a stock module for sale considering one website says they have modified 2600 modules just themselves.
