Rm 50 12ax7 Placement

Hi, does anyone out there know what the 3 12ax7 's in my combo do?, I have had some microphonic problems and replaced 2 of them with tung sols. Problem is gone but I dont want a hi gain tube in one if it's for effects. One is toward the front of the amp and 2 are towards the back.any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks again to all who have helped!!.

I would guess V1 is the input valve, V2... probably some kind of buffer post modules. If there's no V3 then V2 could be the phase splitter.
