Obviously running one cab is simple, impedance of input on cab matches select switch on RM100.

However, how do I run two cabs on an RM100?

I searched for a topic on this with little success and consulted the RM100 manual which was pointless, it kept stating to select the right impedance but gave absolutlely no info on how to determine exactly what impedance is needed or said how the speaker outputs are wired.

Are the speaker outputs in series or parallel?

And is this Right?

Series would be double so I would use the 4ohm mono input on the cab and select 8 ohms on the RM100 and parallel is half so I would use the 16ohm mono input on the cab and again select 8 ohms on the RM100?

Thanks

Speaker jacks are wired in parallel.

Two 16Ohm cabs plugged in = set the head at 8Ohms

Impedance follows same law as resistance in parallel:

1/Z = 1/Z1+1/Z2

1/Z=1/16+1/16 = 1/8 => Impedance = 8 Ohms
