SOT: Did I sell my Gold Lion KT-88s to someone on here?

IDK but how did you like them? I was looking at KT88's today and just noticed them. I used to run an integrated quad in my old RM with 2 JJ KT88's on the outside and two JJ E34L's on the inside and it slayed. Thinking about running this combo again in the Lynch Box.

I tried the JJs and the Ruby's since....neither had the clarity and the low end tightness of the Gold Lions....I heartily recommend them.

Here's my preference

Gold Lion >> Ruby > JJ.

There wasn't much to chose between the JJ and the Ruby..the JJ had a more boomy low end and not so detailed highs....the Ruby might have even been made in the same factory as the JJ but of the pairs I had, it was clearly better sounding.

If you pick up some Gold Lions and decide they're not for you...gimme a shout..I'd rather have them over any other I've tried so far.

Good to know...I am wanting to pick up a couple of 88's so maybe I will give them a try. Thanks!
