Using European Modules in the U.S.

I think I know the answer but, want to be sure. I just received a module from Thomann Music and wanted to know if I have to change anything regarding the voltage (240 to 120).

You're good.
As far as I know, this voltage is only pertinent to the amps (heads/combos) and SYN1 /2 and SYN5050.
The modules are not directly connected to the wall outlet so they receive the voltage from those units.
If that wasn't the case, the modules would have a 240v/120v switch.
