Hey Dan,good luck getting a response from either a moderator or a fellow Randall owner.I've posted a few times and have never received a response from anyone.Sorry to say this is no Peavey forum where they have archived manuals, parts for vintage amps and a knowledgeable staff that will answer any and all of your questions within a reasonable amount of time.I would love to help you out, but it's obvious the answer to your question is that they just don't care about there clientel.Good job Randall, way to have the worst customer service dep't in the music retail industry.
