    I was talking with someone last week who was having the same trouble with his Syn-2 and Helix, and pulling his hair out trying to get it to work with MIDI. Eventually he got the head of engineering at Synergy who told him that apparently some units left the factory with internal dip switches set...

    I don’t do true high gain stuff (all I have is the Plexi these days), but my Syn30 does not disappoint me at all in any way. Not the best amp I own, but it does sound great and is a ton of fun to play.

    In the first slot they can push against a connector at the back because the PCB is cut more shallowly on the back edge than the Randall and Egnater modules.     SYNERGY Setup...it's getting there

    Looking good Steve! I would agree the build quality is much better than the Randall’s. I think it’s as solid as the Egnater stuff for sure, but I find it to be a lot more versatile with the added features. I loved my Mod50, but the Syn30 I have is much more flexible - for my purposes anyway.

    Other than the Facebook group I don’t think so. The modular concept still is a very niche product with a small market, it seems. I don’t see that changing any time soon.
