Its not....if you note the last sentence of my post ask what mod will beef up the XL.

This is a stock Module....no mod. I am hoping that a mod for the XL will change my opinion of it.

Ok...the reason I bought this amp was for distortion. I was expecting a demon crawl out of the speaker and slice my head off. Its got some brutal gain but not exactly what I expected. I was wondering if changing preamp tubes my increase the evilness of this amp. What are you guys running in your T2?

I had the same issue with mine almost. Mine was bad out of the box. Fired it up and there was a slight sound of my guitar then faded to nothing. That combined with a missing serial number was enough for me to retrun it. I am replacing it with at T2HH that should arrive any day. I bet Pete...

Hell yeah! They hooked me up with my snakeskin T2HH that is on the way. Should go great with my alligator skin Lynch Box (that friggin amp is beautuful!) I currently have a G-flex cabinet. I would be curious to know the boards opinon on the G-Flex vs. other 2x12's.

I honestly hate hearing this. I had to return my firt T2 head as it didnt work right out box. I have my second head on the way and my concern is realiability. I will be relocating to the Philippines and there wont be any amp techs around.
