i had the 2x12 mts cab with vintage 30's (should have never sold it) and it sounded amazingly huge. I didn't use the XLR option to much. for live its OK but it wasn't quite the same as placing a mic in front of the speakers For recording IMO. Otherwise a great CAB

I love my 1086, its great for rhythm and leads it has some serious BALLS to it as wel as clarity! I traded my recto mod for it and never looked back.

I really like the JJ el34L in my RM100, i think it sounds less boomey with the EL34's than it did with the 6l6's. I have always had amps with the 6l6's befere so it was a change but worked out for the good.
