I have been running my RM50 combo with no modules, but my Mako Mak4 going into the FX return. Only one problem at higher volumes there is a good rattle coming from somewhere in the amp. I haven't had a combo in years, any idea what can be rattling?? This one does have reverb, but I don't...

So the plot thickens. I got a call from the guy who sold me the guitar asking to buy it back. The whole story is that he was suposed to sell his room mates Epiphone les paul to cover some rent, he sold the gibson by accident. His room mate is pissed, so I am going to let him buy it back.

The story is the guy just moved to town, and is short on rent. I will check the s/n though just to be sure. I don't know why I didn't think about that. The guy did let me write down his drivers licence number, and address which is usually a sign of a legit deal.

Before I bought it I sent the pics with the S/N to Gibson, and they verified that it is authentic!!!! I have heard stories about people getting smoking deals before, this is the first time I actually got one. I was basically the first person with cash. I don't know why he sold it so cheap it...

I sold my RM20 to get an RM50 combo. It got here yesterday, it looks killer, and sounds great with my Mako Mak4, now I just have to wait for my modules to get here. Probably another week...I just have no paitence. But with the modules I have on order, and the speaker it should kick some major...

Even faster go to a computer parts store. Try to find out the CFM of the fan first since that is what matters in a cooling fan. Look for the quietest one with the proper CFM spec, and you should be good.
