    Works great on all 3 of my amps. RM20 head. RM22 head and RM22 combo. I know you have made sure you have the volume and the boost pots/knobs turned up. I really like the feature. I hope you get it sorted out.

    Did you unplug it and plug it back in while the amp was on? If so you probably fried the midi board.

    Had a Camerica and did not like it. It did not play well with other modules. Had to have the volume pot dimed on it and it would still not be any where as loud as other modules in the amp.Matt said it was working properly.

    Are you sure the amp is in play mode and not on standby? You will not get a reading if it is on standby.

    Yes the synergy modules can be used for donor modules for Jaded Faith modules.

    All I know is it was Randall's own design. Bruce Egnater had nothing to do with the RM20 and RM22 amps. I also know you need to send it to Rob at Jaded Faith Mods and have all his mods done on it. The difference from stock to modded is unreal. Especially like the master volume mod. Sorry I can't...
