RM22 - Boost Doesn't do Anything?

So I got my RM22 last year, found one for sale on Reverb and it was NOS.

Ever since I pulled it out of the box, the boost feature hasn't done anything. I see the boost light for the active channel and can hear a soft 'click', but no change in volume or tone at all.

That doesn't sound right, does it? Any ideas?

Works great on all 3 of my amps. RM20 head. RM22 head and RM22 combo. I know you have made sure you have the volume and the boost pots/knobs turned up. I really like the feature. I hope you get it sorted out.

So it does actually do something! I have the RM22 head. Yep, both gain and level knobs are dimed - no change in sound at all.

Maybe something got knocked loose in shipping or something - otherwise the amp works fine. I'm planning on bringing it down to The Amp Shop in a couple months to have some upgrades done - hopefully they can sort it out.

You will like it when it works. It is almost like having a 4 channel amp.
