awesome.. how much you asking? Guitarprof just sold a stock one for $140 but I missed out :( if you're near that price range I'll take it. I realize that modded modules are worth more but I'm an electronics engineer so a stock one is all I really need since I can mod it myself if necessary.[/img]

then why does it have the exact same layout and have Brit Module silkscreened on the front? I'm sure many of the modules use the exactly same PCB but with different component values.. Especially if the Bassman, Blackface and MTS were all based on the same amp to start with.. Maybe I could at...

I have a question.. according to the article it says.. "change R31 to a 33K resistor and C14 to a 470pf" but if you look at the pdf of the SL+ PCB layout the values are already 33k and 470pf! So is the article incorrect or is the layout? I was really hoping the layouts were correct so I could...

have you tried using a power conditioner? I thought there was something wrong with my XTC module because it made this crackling noise that sounded like.. bacon frying :D well, a few days later our bassist hooked up a distortion pedal to his bass rig and low and behold it made the same noise...

part of my noise problem was from not using a power conditioner.. so I think maybe I just dont like the XTC :P I owned a 3 channel Recto for years before getting the RM100 and I think maybe that's just what I'm used to. scooped mids, bottom end and lots of presence.. I dont want to make ears...

how acurate are those PDF files? I really wish I could see a schematic as well.. or at least some close up pictures of the clean and deluxe modules to verify that they are indeed the same board with different parts. I dont really care for my clean and was thinking of trying either a tweed...
