As far as brick an mortar stores, try Fry's. I think they have a limited selection, for online, try Digikey. Or even just a generic "electronic components supplier" Google search.

Also, keep in mind that there are several different types of caps each with its own set of properties. Some types will work/sound better in an amp/module than others.
