Anyone running 5881 w/ their RM100?

what's the deal with these? Anybody had any experience with them?
Supposedly, the Tung Sol 5881 is the ultimate alternative to 6L6?

I've wondered the same thing, but I've also wondered would they have to be biased down and by how much?

I like 5881's in RM100's and 50's...They have a tighter low end and a sweeter high end when using Marshall modules. They are more musical in overdrive than 6L6's are....I have a number of slightly used pairs for sale if anyone's interested. Mike Soldano loves them
