Are Egnater single channel boards all the same?

I just took a look at the board of my new Scorch and it got me looking at all of my modules boards due to the fact that it has "Tone first!" printed on it right of the heat sync. It my VX and my DLX seem to all have the same options on the boards, though all have differences in component placement. does this mean I can get my DLX modded into something I'll actually use? I won't post gut shots of the Scorch out of respect, but here are the other 2.

What module is the schorch based on?

By the way: it's interesting how the VX had all carbon comp resistors and the DLX not.
I wonder if they switched over at some point or it's a choice they make per module..

There are marshall based boards and clean based boards.

Yup. That board would work fine for anything other than Clean based or and XTC mod.
