Customer Service isn't going to know what is going on w/ a specific order for a dealer because they only deal w/ conusmers. They also can not give out information on dealers orders. If you ask them if a certain item is in stock, they can only tell you whst they see on a screen. In the case of the Blackface there are 9 in stock. What they don't see is that those are actually on a skid going to Europe any day now. Your dealer will have the best info that they get from their rep which will be me or one of 7 other guys. Call Customer Service if you have placed a part order through them or if you need technical assitance. They can't check on a deler order for you.
