Rod, can you describe the tone of the KT66s. I was thinking of mixing them with either 6550 or 6l6

Clint from Sevendust used a Diezel blended with an Ecstasy on the most recent Cold Day Memory record.

EVH used one of the very first Ecstacy's on the For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge record. I can't remember which tracks specifically, because he did use an SLO as well on some tracks. Andy told me about 17 years ago, but I've forgotten.

He used a bunch of amps on that album. He also used a CAE 3+SE and a 5150 prototype. I've heard John Suhr say that the 3+ was used extensively and the SLO was only used for solos.

The current guitarist in third eye blind uses an Ectasy. Their last album was recorded with one.

Walter Becker from Steely Dan has been an XTC User for a number of years now. He gets some great blusey tones from his.

Dude, there are some GREAT tracks on your site! Who's the keyboardist on the Julie Stewart tracks? AWESOME Hammond tones.

:D
Thanks Mike... The Hammond B3 Player is Gregg Woodfin from Los Alamos New Mexico... a truly great player..... I miss being in a band with him...

I've never played the Salvation one, but of the others, I've got to give it up for the SacredGroove XTC LE. It sounds ridiculously good, and it's so versatile that I don't believe I'll ever buy another Marshall-flavored mod again.

Get one ASAP! Loved all that I have tried. Stock and modded.
Hard to say which would be my favorite. Usually the one I played
last.

I got a brand new blackfaced stock XTC and love it! Salvo, SG versions are the others I've had- All really cool.

it`s not easy to find them anymore :/ here in Norway all modules are gone ... so I have to wait here to someone wanna sell one ; )
