Anyone know a good way to paint the face plates?? Or maybe just custom stickers?? Any help would be great!!!!

I did my 'VH' faceplate by printing on photo paper with a high resolution ink jet printer, then shot several coats of fixative and then clearcoat lacquer over that. It still looks 'ok' but not as nice as when I did it back in '06.

what about using lamination/contact paper over top of the inkjet photo paper instead of lacquer? could wrap it completely around to the rear of the faceplate & poke holes through for the pot posts, that way it couldn't peel off. Trick would be getting non glossy-clear lamination paper, maybe something like this?

That sounds good!! I have a shitty 30$ printer.... No photo printer while I am stuck over seas.

I could paint it... but I dont know how I would do the lettering with the different fonts and what not...
